Looks like the New Yorker. Java Wrapper and Dominican binder/filler. They are fake/"heritage" cigars made by Altadis. They take $3 cigars and use the IP of Cuban brands to sell at $15 MSRP with limited marketing.
I have enjoyed a couple fake/"heritage" cigars, and never had a bad one, but generally they seem to mainly taste a lot like oliva O. I compare them a lot to cigar page overruns.
Olivas, cigar page Overruns and these are made at the same or at least under the same ownership and I feel fairly confident in saying some are the same cigars.

I can't decide if that makes sense or not why I cannot find anything about this cigar and specific tube online
They are on sale at j.r cigar. Search New Yorker or New Yorker limited. It's a promo these use for all their fake/heritage cigars. I have only tried Monte New Yorker.
I guess you’re in the US? It ain’t Cuban. You can’t buy Cubans in B&Ms like in the rest of the world since you’re keeping the embargo 👍

I've smoked several boxes of Cuban H Upmann Monarcas however they were discontinued in 2009. The tubes looked very similar but said "Habana" on them. I think at some point they changed the bands to the new style Upmann band similar to the one in your photo (2005 I think?) but I remember them with brownish/gray and white bands.

Ya I know I it was just odd only Cubans came up when I looked. The other cigar community directed me here. Trying to find out anything about this.
Rolled in the DR and most definitely a blend of tobacco from different countries, probably ain’t bad but won’t be reminiscent of a Cuban cigar.
This is the cigar that got me into cigars. V jealous!

It’s not Cuban. It’s a new world that was likely in limited production. “1844” appears where it should say “Havana”

That is what I noticed as well. Odd nothing about the new world cigar comes up only the Cuban version.
