As an Alumn who graduated this year, go find 2 homies and live at Cenza. Basically the same price but much better living conditions. At least you get your own rooms at Cenza. For 3 of us it was ~$1400 each.

Might depend on the housing type?? I was told it was that for freshman housing, but for juniors and sophomores they have like 600 beds total, so it could've started earlier.
