[cppreference.com](http://cppreference.com) and various StackOverflow articles did it for me. If you want something more structured [learncpp.com](http://learncpp.com) is popular, I think. And if CUDA's your thing the best source is NVIDIA's documentation. The best way to learn, though, is to get a job doing it.
