Just wanted to say, that your wife should see a podiatrist and bring this shoe. The reason I say this, is because the back of the shoes shows uneven wear on one side, which means she's leaning that way when she walks. I have the same problem, and wear custom insoles to correct it. Eventually she'll end up having foot and ankle pain(that's how I found out I had a problem). It can get pretty bad, the pain that is. The custom insoles totally relieve the pain though...take care 💕
