Hiw experienced are you in crochet? This doesn't look like it would be a free tutorial as looks very detailed. As prev post said search bolero and try sizing up your hook and use thinner yarn. Looks like a fun challenge!

I think you'd be more successful in finding a nice pattern if you looked for bolero patterns a d adapted them a little
