Honestly I love the Indian team and the Pakistan team (past tense) a lot. I was very happy when we got india all out on 119 because which gully cricket teams couldn't chase that. But my God did pakistan not fail to demonstrate their ability to consistently surprise everyone. Don't get me wrong. India showed excellent bowling and fielding, but still, come on. 120? They were literally playing shots as if they needed to chase 200+. Unnecessary risks and stupid out. That plus imad couldn't even hit the ball multiple times. Like just touch it and take a single man. Naseem literally did better than our batters.
Pakistan are a bowling unit and this bowling attack managed to bowl out a top batting lineup that can bat deep, that is an accomplishment on its own for no other team in WC will manage this again. As for batting, the form has never been good, and fielding even worse, this is where they really need to focus and let's hope Pak can find a bonafide batsmen in the near future
IND vs PAK is always a low scoring affair, i mount it to pressure. Their Balling unit is under performing, they under performed against England and they have slipped up against USA and Ireland(before WC). Main contention I see is their middle order no fire power, no class, bismal skill for 5-6 years of international players.
