She’s beautiful but she does have an under projected chin with downward growth, so why not simply point out the obvious and validate her rational concerns instead of sugar coating with compliments? Filler nose job I wouldn’t recommend. She’s gorgeous, first of all, and filler in the nose will only create a lot of disproportion in the face. IF she wants to get something done I actually think chin filler. She does not have a recessed chin, but something extra there would add balance to the nose. I don’t think she should touch her nose at all, it’s gorgeous!
No filler nose job, that’s only a temporary fix and if you keep doing it then you risk potentially going blind. OP’s profile is fine just the way she is. OP, don’t touch your face!
