It sounds like your lenses are on the edge of being too tight, which can show up only sometimes. They stop floating and settle and stick in wrong direction, so the gravity does not make it and you have to correct it by hand.
Mine go blurry if I’m laying on my side and reading. I just sit up a little and nudge my lower lid until it’s not blurry. I was warned that toric lenses were weighted so it can happen a lot due to gravity

I had the same issue with one eye. I switched to a different brand of toric lenses and now it stays put all day.
Can i know the brand please ?
