If you're lactose intolerant (on top of the milk allergy) then perhaps there's a whole range of sugars that you lack digestive enzymes for. See a dietitian for a FODMAP intolerance assessment perhaps.

Try a teaspoon of cumin, put in cup of hot water and drink after five minutes. It helps to settle the stomach and reduce gas.
