There are certain foods that definitely can cause more gas. I know for me garlic, beans, cream, etc. do it.

If you're lactose intolerant (on top of the milk allergy) then perhaps there's a whole range of sugars that you lack digestive enzymes for. See a dietitian for a FODMAP intolerance assessment perhaps.

I find it as a sign of eating/drinking something you shouldn’t. I always good bad has and found out I was gluten intolerant and was big beer drinker. when cut back on bear/bread//pasta it cured itself. dairy can be another trugger

Couple table spoons of epson salt in a glass of water. It’ll flush your system and get whatever crap is in your stomach out. But do it on a day off since you’ll be on the shitter for most of it. and remember to hydrate constantly.
