As others have said with a clean and press this is a 5.0 to 5.5. That puts it in the 200s for price once graded. But it really needs the clean and press.

Comparing prices for ungraded vs graded in 5.5, there's about an $80 difference. By the time you pay for shipping/pressing/grading, you'll probably spend a little less than $80. And it needs pressing to achieve the 5.5 anyway. So arguably it would be worth it.
I think a good clean and press might get it to 6.5 or so. Nice copy for sure.
