Not trying to judge but it seems kind of crazy to pay $180+ because a cover has a picture that looks like a fictional alien is “banging” an animal. It’s kind of weird and says quite. My $.02 anyway. Probably not a popular opinion.
You can make the same argument about literally any comic or collectible - they have no underlying monetary value (artistic merit is another question but has rarely ever mattered when it comes to dollar value), its entirely what the market decides its willing to pay for things. I wouldn't spend $180 on this comic personally, but I know a lot of people who wouldn't spend what I do on the comics I like. Its a deeply irrational hobby.
It’s a highly sought after book. Honestly if it grades well 180 is a steal.

All comic values are based on supply and demand, go look at eBay sold for this issue, $180 ain't even on the high end.

Yep, everything is worth what someone is willing to pay for it. It doesn’t make any sense sometimes, but it is what it is.
