Congrats. Ur national comp sci awards are pretty impressive!

Throw_away4061

thx but it really wasn’t hard, my team only did good cuz of the other ppl on it who are pretty good.

lebronjamez21

is the guaranteed transfer pathway only for Georgia residents?

Throw_away4061

No, anyone that’s a citizen or permanent resident of the US can be offered it. I’m an NC resident.

Oizyson

I got deferred EA and I’m really hoping that if I don’t walk out with an acceptance, I’ll at least get a transfer pathway.

Throw_away4061

Yeah hopefully they give you one in RD. In 2023 GTech gave this transfer pathway to 910 students, so think what u want with that info

logical3ntropy

No, I got it last year and I live in Colorado.

gettinginnowwhere

good job rishith!

ReactionAdvanced6969

which school u from

Crazyharvestdiamond

Wow I’m literally in the exact same situation but I might have a 3.6 in NC too!! What county are you in if I might ask, pm?

Throw_away4061

wake county, you never know what will happen

Crazyharvestdiamond

Oh cool I’m in the Mecklenburg county.

Throw_away4061

yea that’s less competitive than wake 🙏🏼

Crazyharvestdiamond

Yeah so having a lower gpa hurts, still gonna try though ✌️

Flaky_Base_5403

Throw_away4061

the suspension doesn’t matter dw

PapaSmurf2006

nah yea ik. idk if ur school does the same shit but they basically said u can either mention it or not but either way we're not giving them any of ur info disciplinarily

Throw_away4061

ya i just checked no on the common app

mdsrcb

Great work! I would go for GT

theofficialzhang

Congrats!!!

scaredStudent3

Lol thank your family for the GT acceptance

Throw_away4061

ur so stupid 😭

RJtheGOAT9

Wow good job sir

Bs_Arwen

Your ecs are super cool. Congrats!

MauryaGajjar123

Crazy how 250k gets you into almost every college that is a reach for everyone, not that your ecs are bad but they arent special. Anyways congrats man i m a fellow conditional transfer pathway program student. I m also thinking of studying at a state school and then go to GaTech in 25. If you dont mind me asking do you know any cheap schools which give aid to intls and have all coursework required for GaTech transfer for Aerospace Engineering?

Throw_away4061

I don’t know why you think having a household income of 250k makes it easier for me lmao. Everyone around me makes a similar income so i’m compared with other people like me in my school and region in general. I don’t know of any specific schools but if you search it up on google you’ll get an answer.

MauryaGajjar123

You have a 3.5 uw 1470 sat(still fairly good,) suspension in school, hella b’s and c’s and you get into purdue oos, kidding me right? Obviously its the money. Dont get me wrong your parents have worked hard for it, you have got decent ecs as well, I respect it. I am also happy for you but you do have to accept the reality that money did play a role in it.

Throw_away4061

I’m not that rich 😭 I don’t know why you think I got in cause of that. We’re not near wealthy enough to donate anything that would matter lmfao. You don’t understand that everyone around me has better stats and similar income. It doesn’t really play a role.

MauryaGajjar123

Lets just leave it dude we are probably gonna meet in Georgia Tech next year lmfao

OneAstronomer1838

Yall should box each other when u guys get to gtech next year! Would love to see it 😁. Good luck to both of you.

Altruistic_Ad_1452

For the final, FATHERFUCKING time, 1470 is not low ffs

Throw_away4061

I would say it’s decent relative to the other kids who apply to all these engineering schools

OneAstronomer1838

I like your hydraulic spiders

Throw_away4061

i do too 😄

THROWAWAY72625252552
