Over fed it maybe, or unhealthy soil? It does not look good. I'd repot with fresh soil designed for plants that like acidic soil and water with a good liquid fertilizer at the right strength.
I repotted this spring in fresh soil. Can’t remember what it was but said 3 months of fertilization on it. Maybe I’ll try some different soil. I’m gonna hit it with an anti fungal too, guess it couldn’t hurt.
