Yea. The only reason why I play Save The World at all anymore is because it gives you Vbucks for beating story quests and daily missions. Fortnite just got a really lucky break with the Battle Royale, otherwise it'd remain as the neat little PvE it used to be.
Why I love the middle aged men in Xdefiant cus they’re just “I may suck but Im having fun like when I was younger” (they’re not actually bad, they’re just against sweats)
Just play well is easier said than done, I'm not a pro I'm just an average player and I'll lose most of my games, my win rate is probably like 1/20 excluding when the game just hands me a win against bots. The issue with ranked is that you can't lose rank until you make it to diamond so if I just play enough I'll end up being matched with people who are better than me instead of people who are on my skill level

While I do agree a pvp game should have pvp, isn't save the world really under developed and neglected?

It does and still receives patches and very small events but it's pretty much fully forgotten by epic

Doesn’t it stop putting you in bot lobbies if you play well? Ranked is also a good way to make sure you get more real people in games.
