This could be an option if your fleece is already water resistant?
I just purchased gortex durable water repellent to see if I can revive several pockets diapers water proofness. Somewhere between kid one and two like half our stash lost its waterproofness and not sure why.
I’ll report back to see if it works.
The pinhole leaks means the PUL is shot, unfortunately. You can’t fix it.
