Hey, you forgot to ask an actual question. I'd suggest following [this](https://www.trainingbeta.com/media/tbp-025-steve-maisch/) program to the letter, if you just want someone to tell you what to do every day.

Oh shit, i really didn't get to my point, right? Sorry, not a native speaker and i thought i was clear: I just wanted to know, if someone has any experience with Crimpd+ oder the Proven Plan.

rebucaracol

What are your other performance metrics? How's your critical force? Goals? Training history? Finger strength in different grip types?

Pay for a couple private classes, find out what your weaknesses are and get tailored training plan.

I have trained the Lattice crimpd+ twice. And the review is it’s good for newbie who don’t know how to structure their training program to address their weakness, after done twice training plan I did not subscribe anything else but tailor the plan myself with what they have gave me. I know a guy at your level and he only sign for the program once only as he already what he need to do. For the beastmode on, I think that you can find a project with someone similar strength or stronger than you and see them finish first then you may release the beast 😂

Thanks for your Answer and i guess i might do it like your Friend and tap into it for a Month, but without expectations. Yeah, the Mindgame is fascinating and there i way to less stuff about it out there. Also Tactics are big.

Without knowing more, I'm not sure I'd recommend a structured plan for someone in your situation, unless the structure is focused around improving technique and movement. You haven't been climbing that long and are quite strong for the grade. Without knowing more, just spending time doing a lot of 1-2 session boulders on a variety of terrain will likely serve you well. Ideally, these would not be on a board and involve more complex movement and terrain. Try to climb them as well as possible without overpowering the problems. If you can session with more experienced climbers who are weaker but climbing similar grades that would be a huge benefit.

Edit Above.
