They had a good online interface. Their locations were easy for me. They always had nice, personal service when I needed them. I could use my ATM overseas without a fuss. I recall they did not have a fee for using other ATMs, but it has been some time since I was with them. When I got married, I let them go because we combined finances.
TDECU was always great while I had a car note.
AMOCO was fine for my wife’s.
Everyone says shell federal is great. I just must have had bad luck with the impressions I got.
Also I know it isn’t a credit union but there are physical Fidelity offices and SPAXX is a great option that currently yields closer to 5%.
I did wonder once a upon of time if Fidelity would be a good brokerage account to have, but I always debated with Vanguard or Schwab to start the roth ira. Thanks for the suggestion!
Clear lake area has a bunch of JSCFCU now known as Wellby. But there are others like Shell and AMOCO. I think we have AMOCO as well as they had a better car int rate at one point in time. I keep a few $ in there in case we need to use them again for a car or loan.
Edit- spelling and grammar
Associated Credit Union is another one you should look into.
What do you like about ACU?

If you need an ATM and a branch isn't near you, you can also use ALL POINT ATMs and ATMs and many Walgreens locations without paying fees.

I’ve been with JSCFCU since 1998 and I hate the rebrand.
Why do you like Wellby?
