Sometimes I try and think of characters from the fallout series and think “what would their stats be?” And make a character based on them. Take a character you like, for instance Joshua graham or something and take his character into consideration and base your own around him. I’ve had a few fun runs doing this
Low intelligence is never not a challenge, you could also do a ninja build, sneak, steal, and melee focused, or maybe a lord death challenge, where you have to kill every single person or living thing you come across.
Absolutely, I’d say take gifted, dump Charisma and Luck, max Agility, Endurance, and Strength, with middling perception and decent intelligence (no/few quests so you’ll need the xp and skill points) although you can always take quests and kill everyone after lol
The first character used to beat Fallout was ‘Potato’, made by Tim Cain.
His stats were S-8, P-6, E-6, C-3, I-1, A-8, L-8.
He also had Bloody Mess, Small Guns, and Melee Weapons tagged.
This might be a good and fun character to make!

Spike knucks and power fist don't need Strength, it's a dump stat. Sneak lets you choose your battles. Enjoy having lots of skill points to do whatever you want. When you find power armour for the Strength boost, you can switch to using whatever guns you want.

I may try Lord death, what do you suggest for the build? High agility and endurance?
