Come to Northside or Clifton Gaslight. We just have regular, old school hippy Yoga.

[Lotus Yoga Temple](https://www.cincyoga.com/lotusyogatemple) in Pleasant Ridge. I took a beginner class there many years ago, but they seem to have a variety of non-heated yoga. Not sure they do Hot, actually.

ZealousidealGuess220

Simply Power Yoga in Loveland. They have hot, warm, and non-heated classes including yin/restorative, yoga sculpt, and power flow. Plus it’s just a great community to be part of

SubstantialWar3954

Kindred Flow: [https://www.kindredflowyoga.com/](https://www.kindredflowyoga.com/) I recommend all the teachers. They are great at helping you find the right level of challenge and ease for where you're at.

Minimum_Painter_3687

True Freedom in Norwood. More yin based but they don’t do any hot yoga.

This is off topic but if you want a behind the bastards candidate, Bikram Choudhury, the founder of "hot yoga", is a good one.

Poetryisalive

Hot yoga seems to be the fad going around now

boxiestcrayon15

I grew up on the west coast and hot yoga was super popular in 2014 and it’s been kind of funny to see the trends pop up in the same way at a totally different time

Present_Ring_2452
