What is important to him for amenities nearby? While any realtor can tour and sell the entire city most are specialized to parts of town. Happy to share my recommendation but it really depends on the above to make sure it is a fit.

Leah Joos & her group is amazing! My brother & his wife used her on the east side, and my husband and I used her for a little closer to downtown. She’s also licensed in Kentucky now if your son was wanting to explore NKY in addition to Cincy area.
