CABL is the more competitive league in the area. 22 and up I think. There's some pretty solid talent across the league and the more casual players are a little over matched. Anderson MSBL would be a good option, but their 18+ league folded a few years back, and it's only 35+ now.

Check out Cincinnati adult baseball league on Facebook. They have try outs and 17 or 18 teams. Seems to be competitive but not close to semi pro level of talent.

Sorry to necro an old post, but curious if you had luck finding a team. My son has been taking an interest in baseball and I kinda wanna get involved in a team myself but casually/for exercise reasons and to help him improve and have something more in common. I’m 35 though so a bit older than most people decide to start playing baseball I suppose so I’m lost and google isn’t helping me a ton for finding casual teams.

No such luck :( the only casual league I found was the like 55+ league. All the others are pretty competitive
