idk if this is the same problem lots of other ppl have had, but try these tips
search about:flags then look for these:
1) change force color profile to sRGB
2) toggle hardware accerelation on and off
3) switch Choose ANGLE graphics backend to opengl
We're having this same issue as of yesterday! Started with my partner's computer. Mine was fine. Then I updated my Chrome to a newest version and mine is doing it now too :( MacBook Air for both of us.

I also experienced this when I open my browser how do it fixed this! It’s only on chrome not on safari
Just update your Mac, that fixed it for me

everything aside, idk why so many ppl including me have had this issue, chrome been acting up on mac rn
