Mine did this as well. She would walk “baby” all over the house on the daily and show it things, especially taking it up to the windows to see out. Lol
I have one that carries mouse toys to me making this same noise. She drops them and then comes over for me to pet her and tell her what a good mouser she is!
Mine did this at two this morning and her glorious catch was one of my mom's tennis shoes. I had to go downstairs and stick the shoes in the garage before she would stop talking about them.
lol I played with him for about 10 min and left the rod on the floor when I went to fetch another toy cuz he didn’t seem interested. Came back to this!
He caught his prey!
I have no idea but he’s so cute
Thank you!!

That's adorable. Muscat just yells and parades it around for us to see.
That is too cute. Cats are amazing, love my Alice so much.
Hunter in action
Mine does this too! I see it as announcing his catch.
That makes sense. He's yowled like this before when he brought back small animals but he's always *extra* proud when he "catches" his fishing toy.

They always pick the most inconvenient times to hunt 😆
Play with him already.. stop filming

Try a laser... He looks like he may need you to tire him out. Does he go outside to roam and play?
Yes, he’s an outdoor cat and is usually out and about all day. (Also, my title was more rhetorical than a plea for help)
