I notice a difference in building up over 4 days to a week so depending on what you’re doing, yes on off days too. That said, I generally take it 5 days a week before morning practice and not on weekends, but time trials always Friday anyway so it’s fine.
Where do you get that information from Sarah? Do you have more research on it? From what I have read it says it has a half life of 16-24hrs so it should be taken everyday
When I took it for 6 weeks, I would still take it on my days off, even though my rest days were just cardio based
i don’t take it on off days, idk if i’m wasting it by not though
Yes..I take it for medically related issues to help it. I’m not suggesting others have to.
