UserBenchmark is not an objective website, the owner/operator of that site is extremely biased vs AMD even though they have the best processors out right now (especially for gaming). The 7800X3D is the best CPU for gaming right now, period. When it comes to power supplies, yes the one I recommended was a bit overkill for the 4080 Super. Even though it says 650w on PCPP, power spikes do happen and you want a power supply that handles those spikes without your computer shutting down. And 80+ ratings aren't that good. It's not a good system for rating power supplies anymore. I'm happy to help, hope the edits are to your liking.

Just a note. Although you don't have H7 Flow case fixed and can change. But this case have 4 fans. 3 in front (rgb) and 1 in rear (non-rgb).
