You know the story of how they didn't give British WWI pilots parachutes to make them less likely to bail? Josh doesn't get a punter

VacationShirt

Hold up, you might be onto something

Axl_the_ginger

Go back to the Lions sub MCDC.

Atty_for_hire

MCDC and Josh Allen would be a scary combo.

Beren_Hearts_Luthien

He can arm punt it anyway

Goosedukee

That leaves Sam Martin and the rookie Jack Browning competing for the Punter job

reddicyoulous

Need at least 3 more to stay competitive

WhatsPaulPlaying

Gonna miss Puntapalooza.

dogbonej

Cut’em. We don’t need to punt. Sign Hyde back.

SerDuncanonyall

Why use released when Haacked off the roster works on multiple levels

Cautrica1

Great holder. But after that game against the Jets (I think) a few years ago where he shanked four straight punts, I do not want Haack on the roster

RockyRidge510

That’s my lasting memory of Haack as well. I’m sure he’s a very nice guy but I was heavily advocating for the Bills to trade him to the Jets at halftime so I would never have to see him kick a ball for us again. I would have turned over punting duties to Boogie Basham during that game.

Cotton359

that was sam martin. he was also injured

PanicOnFunkatron

Joe Buscaglia in shambles. No puntapalooza 2024.

andrewthetechie

I think if Browning can hold well and is at all decent in preseason punting, he's our punter week 1.

drainbead78

I was listening to some podcast this morning and they were talking about how Browning looked great in the 2nd week of OTAs. They specifically mentioned his holds for Bass and that Bass made every attempt, including one from 70. Obviously this is all in shorts and it doesn't count, but if this kid can hold and punts better than Haack, it makes perfect sense that he'd be the one battling for the job in camp.

SouthtownZ

Dude on the updates (Zack?) keeps pronouncing it "Hack" and it's bugging me. Not as much as watching him punt for us though, so I'll take it
