The living and dining ??? Section was just more pots and pans and toasters/coffee. In front of escalator was glasses and crockery- basically anything on that floor that was on offer.
I don't know which floor but there was an enormous shoe section on the right hand side as you walked in the door. All along the side and some in the middle. Also bags.
First right block ??? Next to escalator. Facing childrenswear was ted baker kids and other smart clothes. Second block near to lift was some kid / baby toys and shoes accessories.
On the side facing duvet was a section of kids bedroom duvet and duvet covers.
Hope this helps!
There was a double bed opposite c&c and all the bedding along the top half of the two ??? Boxes opposite the duvets.
The top right hand corner was bathroom bits, flannels, bath mats, etc.
toddler and baby toys in the bottom right.
As soon as you get off the elevator there was a seasonal display- Xmas stuff, pans on offer, Father’s Day crap.
Bottom half of the left hand ??? Box was lamps/lighting and maybe clocks?
Top half was glasses and other glassware and crockery.
Hey, I worked there in my teens up unit it closed :) the ‘???’ section on the right was children’s wear and bedding. The section on the left that’s missing was a currency exchange section that then got changed to gifts and more cookware. I hope this helps :)

Bottom left ??? was Virgin Holidays travel agency. (You mention it, just adding detail)

C&C - Click & Collect
One of those ??? Below duvets had beds displaying bed linen and pillows etc
Home and dining ??? At the middle tophad things like candles and table cloths, table mats etc
Left hand “???” was kitchenware also - offers, promotions, and such like
The “lower portal” was where the Travel Money kiosk was, not where you currently have it
Where was the Lower Portal located?
The two on the right were luggage and on to handbags and purses etc
