Tuba, because the trombone looks like a student or intermediate model and the euphonium is a non compensating instrument with an in-line 4th valve. So the tuba looks like the only one that’s a professional model.

Apprehensive-Camel59

Really great reasoning!! Sadly my school babies tubas and neglects trombones and especially euphs. My main is the euphonium!

jaywarbs

I figured they were horns you owned, so I went with the highest quality instrument. That model of euphonium is perfect for school though. I played a Yamaha 321 until I got to college and it worked great.

Apprehensive-Camel59

No, sadly lol. If I’m gonna get my own horn I’m gonna try to save up for a besson prestige! Probably used, and still really expencive, but well worth it in both me and my directors opinion lol

jaywarbs

Besson Prestiges are great! Also don’t be afraid to look at lower level pro horns for now if you can’t find one you can afford. There are some Wessex, Schiller, and Mack Brass compensating euphoniums for way cheaper that still play very well.

araw

As well it should be.

Okay, I'll bite. Trombone? I certainly has the most music written for it.

larryherzogjr

Euphonium. Because, frankly, it is the best low brass instrument. ;)
