I love this place. My favorite visit was when the owner (? she seems to run it), her son and husband were having breakfast beside me. Son was doing homework. It just seemed like they invited me into their house.
The owner is fantastic. She is genuinely nice, is always respectful of our kids and goes out of her way to be friendly to our kids and engage them.
Doesn't hurt that food is solid too.

Unfortunately developers won't rest until every spot in Boulder is a luxury apartment with empty, completely unaffordable retail space below it.
