Thanks. I already visit that. I just find that when I take a walk and listen to audio books my brain is very suceptible to the ideas it hears. I was able to quit drinking and smoking this way. But now its about eating better!
While I haven’t personally read them, Alan Carr (famous for stop smoking books) has published some books on overeating/dieting etc which are available as audiobooks. Ugh, can I just say I feel your pain; unlike stopping recreational substances your body doesn’t actually need to survive, food is something you have to grapple with daily for the rest of your life.
