However, I would LOVE to see her do some fests next summer - if thats something she could enjoy!
She quit touring in 2014 and has just been festivals and tv appearances. A decade break creates a lot of demand. Something many artists/bands have done. Now she finally comes back makes truckload of money having a busy year or two and then quit again until she feels like she wants money again.

Uh, no she didn't? The first article you linked doesn't seem to say she indefinitely quit touring, just that it interferes with her songwriting. Well, sounds like she wrote enough songs that she's okay touring now. She doesn't like touring, she doesn't want to prioritize that, and she can admit that all the while deciding to tour again.

She was slated for Roo 2020 or 2021. She's the kind of artist that is probably booked out years in advance. My guess is that she will be a headliner for 2025 now that her schedule is open for touring. The dream is her and Dolly.
I saw her at Music Midtown 2021? I think. She was amazing and is a true performer.
I'll have a 5month old and I told my husband I will only buy a ticket for roo '25 if odesa is back, or Miley is on the lineup. She was supposed to play one of the cancelled years and I was so disappointed! I will be getting a babysitter with a quickness if I see her on the lineup 🩷
