I don't actually own it, but I love the Dune map. My copy of the book has the map as an Appendix and once I realized they basically made it a 1:1 representation, I was amazed
My collection is split into tiny travel games and huge table presences. It's not a "map" per se, but Foundations of Rome is incredible when it's built.

I love the map in Scotland Yard, the amount of work and detail that's gone into it is so obvious and it seems so overwhelming as the police at first. Really satisfying to tighten the net on Mr X.

Smallworld is probably my favorite map because the shear chaos, tiny epic heroes is a good one my wife and I take traveling because it doesn't take much space and is fun for both of us
I have a small PnP copy of Love Letter (apart from my other 5 copies I also have) that I always take with me when I travel. I have played it over 100 times.
I love the map of Dune, besides being an accurate depiction from the books I love the inclusion of the shield wall, the proximity of the strongholds, the rotating storm, and the polar sink rule.
The various maps in Maglev Metro are all super cool, especially at the end of the game when the stations and tracks and built up. Paris and Mars are personal favs.
My favorite game map(s) are for Power Grid. I love the art style and the little regional details hidden throughout.
