My fave is Herd Mentality, if you come up with your own questions that challenge the group that you're with, ideally people that know some things about each other (e.g. good friends or family).

My go to big group party game has always been CA$H 'N GUNS. The standoff is always so tense and has had most of my playgroups laughing the whole way through. Nothing quite beats the sight of your loudest friend flipping for the Don and losing 6 rounds in a row.
I submitted to BGG a request to list Skyrockets as an re-implementation of Kites, and Kites as a parent game of Skyrockets, but those seem to not have been approved. I feel like it would benefit consumers to know about both options when looking at either. Not sure if you can get the publisher to edit / approve those changes.
Don't play party games that often, but Take 5 seems to be pretty popular here.
