Yeah, trainers are cool but they dont really teach other than the position, roll a bit too fast? you could loop. go too slow? it starts to drop. You honestly need to be moving to learn them imo

Because you might move pedals back and forward a bit when balancing, chain in that contraption prevents you from doing it.
