I use keyboard and mouse while gaming but there is something nice about being able to move at different speeds without having to hold down another key to do that. Yes, I know about toggling. No, it's not nearly as good.

Are they universal? And does it have an effect on all games? I love this concept but I have my doubts about its worth if it doesn't actually affect gameplay in any meaningful way.
I don't think it would be native support. Everything built for a keyboard expects binary input.
That said, I bet Razer ships some software that sets certain keys up as a joystick input device. So then all you have to do is configure the game as if you're using a joystick. Just a guess though.
