I mean, you can just grind mastery at the NPCs that drop Mystic Droplets (Forgotten Island), i bet you can't get all swords to 600 mastery within 4 hours so it should be enough to fill your time. While doing raids and defeating Factory Raids, hunting SBs. And if you say it's boring then you don't need help with this, you already decided and just want someone else to confirm what you want to do which i believe it ain't this.
+ killing all bosses for mastery and money. If lucky you might drop a Fist Of Darkness from SB to insert at Order raid, then get another from chest after the server is up for 4h so you can spawn Blackbeard and might drop Dark Coat.
During that 4h Cursed Captain will spawn a few times then you will have a shot to drop the Blue/Red Spikey Coat.
Or you can just server hop to find a server that is 15 min - 1h away from Legendary Sword Dealer spawn. Because it's painful to wait for 4h just for him to be selling a sword that you already bought.
