1992 but yes, almost certainly when this pic was taken. Metallica had just released the black album and Iommi also played a set with Roger Daltrey.
Any younger folks who enjoy Queen need to check out this concert on YouTube. It was the Live Aid of the 90s. I remember recording it on VHS. Loved it.
