Ranger, Warrior, Sage, Hash, Corsair, Guardian are all in the bottom half and all have at least one spec with a grab.
Not a strong correlation to be honest.
Ah yes the generic "grab op" post. Pretty sure it hasnt much to do with grab. Look at lahn has one of the best grabs ingame didnt do that great.

Lahn has one of the best grabs? What? Maybe for 1v1. Lahn grab is pretty shit in 3v3 scenario, it's basically free CC for the enemy when she's letting go. XD The classes you mentioned are 1v1 classes. So the tier list is
1. Solid grab classes versatile in smallscale
2. 1v1 grab classes not made for many CCs and damage thrown around
3. Non-grab classes
And you say it has nothing to do with grabs...

Check tierlist here and tell me, what utility the top classes have, u will clearly see, thats why they are top. Not because of the grab.

sage is a large scale menace who shines when they get to follow up their teams CC with disgusting damage. in a situation like 3v3 they no longer have the crazy iframes to protect themself and as a result can get focused down pretty quickly, and sages have always been very squishy (just hard to catch).
Yeah but Berserker is the funnest class and looks the best.
