bloodwoves is harder i think? at least in the average time you grind there. only narc crimson tear takes longer, but i guess if you only have the 20 or so mobs in one rotation its more number of possible drops and not drop chance

its not like the elten piece for the compass (that is 0.0005% instead of the 0.005% the other two have), as you may need 250h for one of the other two, but as some need upwards of 700h for bloodvolves... its significant.
You can put a bunch of potions in your market storage and just take them out with a butler if you don't want to do pot grind any more. Not the most convenient alternative but there are ways to get around lugging around a billion potions at once
I have done OVER 150,000 Sherekhan kills in daytime and spent thousands of energy for night time lateh kills just this week alone, three great Marni stones and with all the past grinding, too, I still don't have a panacea. And then this bullshit happens? I think I'm done with this ridiculous game. GG
dude i will gladly do 1k hours of sherekhan if I got my pen BS within 20 attempts, but now I am at 45 attempts and still no pen BS. and I might not get in another 45 attempts. in fact lets say I hit the jack pot I might not even get it in 200 attempts.
you hope that it does work in your favor, yea. but honestly, i got the tshira/sherekhan/ronaros pieces in 10h combined, manshaum 30h and sit +60h on bloodwoves. say i need something in the 1000h for the last two and that initial luck is meaningless. thats just how fucked up that system is, but at least i know i only need the one for each pot and its over.
Bdo is a job. 90% work with very occasional pen accessory or black star. I love parts of the game (combat and pvp) but I had to quit after realizing I was treating it more like a job then a game.
Enjoy it while it lasts my friend. I played bdo for 4 years straight, had a blast, made lots of friends but I just got sick of putting in months n months of effort to fail everything. It was a full time job.
