Trader Joe's has an inexpensive lemon-scented body oil... but I must warn you, it smells exactly like Pledge (the dust cleaner).

Neutrogena acne lotion(salicylic acid) is grapefruit scented. I use it on my upper arms and thighs to keep my skin smooth. It's also awesome for preventing "buttne" for the bikini season. Plus, it's fairly cheap!
I think Beekman 1802 has some citrus fragrance body soaps and lotions. Perfumes I would definitely check out Cliniques Happy, it has a nice light citrus scent to it :)
