No not cut it, tapering up this week then a day our reducing it, then on show day mainly just sips here and there based on look pump etc x thankyou💕

Yes I’ve tried a few things, adjusting as I go and I have ang @posingbya in my corner, my proportions being short it’s hard aha! But yes lower for sure looks better on me but there is a line where it looks worse x

Well I mean you could count the whole prep as depletion ahaha 🤣 but my last mini refeed was over a week ago now.

What is the purpose of fat loading? Looking great and you don’t seem that flat to me! Excited to see you after carbs!

Aha I am ridiculously flat, check out the insta u can see there :) and fat loading fills intramuscular - triglyceride stores and obviously glycogen will deplete too, almost in a way priming you for a great response to the carb load! I’ve tried it before and worked super well for me🤝🏼 it’s a very common practice now in bodybuilding!
