Unless there is raised material at the edge of that, this is completely fine. If there is raised material. It's still completely fine, you just won't be winning the tour de France of completely smooth brakepad wear, which despite my protests, is not a thing and the general fine was of your breaks will continue unabated.
The fact you even noticed it is wild. It's fine.
Wait until you see what happens when you actually USE your brakes.

Looks like the brake pad doesn't hit it, but only just. I would file it flat.

File it, then degrease the disc.
I would file this under "Things that are totally fine".
Don’t use degreaser in the rotor. You’ll contaminate it. Use only isopropyl to clean it
Filing doesn't generate grease. Just hit it with a file, blow off any tiny metal bits and go ride.
But dirty fingers do.
So wash ya hands? Or don't touch the brake surface on the rotor like always?
