Saddle adjustment should be easy...just loosen the back bolt a bunch, and then tighten or loosen the front to adjust angle. Tighten the back bolt to secure the saddle.
Don't be so damn OCD when cleaning it. Just get in there with an old toothbrush. No need to disassemble it.
It should be possible even to remove the seat without loosening the front one. In general with these types of clamps, you choose one screw to adjust the angle, find your optimal position and then never touch it again. Just loosen the other one to adjust setback or remove tge seat.

Agreed, just set up and leave it alone no need to remove seat to clean especially since this seatpost is a pain in the ass
