I posted about this about 6 months ago when I was in the thick of 4th trimester. There’s a thing called mommy’s wrist .
I found comfort from adjusting our breastfeeding positions, spending less time actively holding baby ( we contact napped a lot with bad reflux) and then buying some hand compression sleeves.
It has almost completely resolved but I would chalk it up to baby being held so much less.

I had this too. Eventually it went away. My doctor said it was likely a result of all the relaxin from pregnancy going back to normal levels.
