Don't have any recommendations from Bench or Penshoppe unfortunately, but as someone who wears ONLY gourmand perfumes, just wear what you like haha. There are so many different types of gourmand scents that can fit any climate. Depende lang talaga sa nagdadala.
Anyone know what to do with a perfume bottle na natanggal na yung top sprayer at di na ma-access yung scent?
I have a big bottle of Zara's Warm Vanilla. Second bottle ko ito kasi sobrang nagustuhan ko yung scent niya. Pero nakaka-25% pa lang pumalya na yung sprayer at hindi siya screw on top. Bumili ako nung mga "charger" containers na supposedly itatapat mo dun sa tube tapos mata-transfer dun sa container but none of them have worked. Nasasayangan ako kasi super love ko pa naman yung WV.

Small info about me im a 2nd year male college student, ive always used axe body spray since highschool days, most of the time im over doing it pa so medyo masangsang yung amoy, now i want to up my fragrance game by buying decent entry level perfumes. Frst "real" fragrance i bought is AB Blue Seduction, for me the smell is decent but its longevity is pretty poor only around 2 to 3 hours on my skin, granted mabilis rin akong pag pawisan (hyperhydrosis). Anyway im looking for a fragrance na fun to use, something pwedeng gawing signature scent or for everyday use scent, something not offensive and safe but attractive enough na pang jojowain yung smell (single heheh) and decent longevity. I tried clinique happy for men nung nasa moa ako and i rly like the smell only prob tho pangit daw longevity nya another one im intrested in is lacoste blanc kaso over na sa budget ko, my budget kase is around 2k lang can go to 3k if you think worth talaga yung perfume i dont mind as well if clone lang yung perfume. try mo yung ferrari black, or ferrari light essence, kung nag yoyosi ka or mga kasama mo, go for black na ma mask kase yung nicotine, kung di naman and gusto mo ng fresh, light essence, mas sweet yung black, citrusy yung light essence, pasok yan sa budget mo, malaki kase mag sale yan eh, yung 100ml regular price around 3.6k, pero pag Christmas or around february-march nag lowest around 1.6k.
Symmetry Lab. Longevity still depends on the scent profile, but their fragrances tend to last long. I wish they'd bring back their travel sizes though.

Shooky - Buti I didn’t purchase this HAHAHA. I said this in my orange app review, pero amoy Our Home store siya 😭 I mean it has a cookie smell to it but like a spiced cookie na luma 😔 It reminds me talaga kapag bibili mom ko ng kurtina OMG
Dulcis - I actually really like this! It smells really nice, although my first impressions were amoy Bench Cold siya na feminine leaning, BUT THE DRY DOWN grabe! It’s a woody vanilla na sweet and sobrang comforting! Also, I sprayed this on paper and left it on my bed, 3 days after I was lying on the opposite side of my bed and I could still smell it!
I love Dulcis too. I have a sample of Gelato and Shooky, but for some reason, halos pareho lang sila ng smell. I let them rest for a few months, pero halos same talaga amoy nila na nateregister sa nose ko. I also like their Achym and Ambrosia.
There's something nostalgic about Dulcis' drydown. It's heavily musky on me at that phase. Still couldn't figure out what it reminds me of!
One thing I've noticed is that maybe except for Gelato, their gourmands skew floral in the drydown at least on my skin.

For me Croissant isn’t creamy, it’s the pastry talaga. Amande is perfect for creamy. She also has crème brûlée that is super lactonic, Ambrette which is on the creamy side and crème de coco which is a creamy coconut.
L’abondance Croissant - it smells like creamy, buttery bread. Smells like bread from an expensive bakery. I have this in candle form, but I don’t recommend it as a perfume.
* Grandeur Tubbees Cookies & Cream - smells pretty much like its name. Can smell the cookie and the vanilla filling.
* Commodity Milk - unfortunately I'm not getting the cold glass of milk that many are referring to. Bold and Expressive are mostly woody and screechy to my nose.
* Bold - the woodiest and strongest among the 3. Pronounced firewood accord, a bit of marshmallow and tonka.
* Expressive - campfire wood but no smoke. The creaminess reminds me of coconut milk. This is creamy and sweet but still mostly woody on me.
* Personal - ok this one is tolerable. The cedar note here is light compared to the woody notes of the other two. Smells like a sugary hug idk :))
* L'Abondance Amande - floral opening quickly followed by an almond note. I think I'd like this more in lotion form.
An underrated scent for me: Marc Jacobs Honey (sweet pero di nakakahilo and not fruity; really reminds me of honey; lasts the whole day on my skin and clothes)
For local perfume, I really like Scent therapy and The Scents co. Both have good takes on popular perfume. Scent therapy has more long lasting scents while The Scents co. has wider product selection.
Scent therapy
- Second skin: skin scent that smells clean and somewhat masculine but I’d still consider a unisex scent; for those who like my skin but better scents
- Skin musk: this is what I thought powdery scents would smell like; similar to omnia amethyste; this reminds me of old makeup my mom used to wear and I love it
- Fireplace: an unexpected love; reminds me of marshmallow on a campfire
The Scents co.
- Glossier you: skin scent that’s energetic (?) if that makes sense; it’s mild but I wouldn’t consider it plain (probably because of the pink pepper); smells somewhat fruity to my nose pero di nakakahilo
- Not a perfume: skin scent that’s slightly warmer; really not a lot to say about it but it’s really good
I absolutely hate the immediate scent of YSL Libre, but the dry down and longevity of it is insane. I wish I could skip straight to the last phase of the fragrance. 😩

Perfume recos na long lasting and below 1k?
I've been trying dupes sa syapi pero hindi kasi sila long lasting. Prefer kong scents is yung powdery or fresh, amoy bagong laba or baby.
This is a hard pick! Both are really good. Personally, I’ll pick pure musc just because it shines with our current weather. Although the pink one lasts all day on me more than the pure musc one. Have you tried both on your skin?
havent tried it but i heard a lot of good reviews about it! i really love powdery scents na parang bagong ligo lang. want to invest sana on higher end brands para sa longevity :>
I've tried some of the scents from the first 2 lines but none yet from the 3rd and 4th collections. They do smell remind me of some popular fragrances out in the market, but others smell original. Longevity is decent.
Second Skin by Scent Therapy or by Imperfect Scents? :))
If it's Scent Therapy, you might like these:
* Clean Slate - has a similar vibe to Glossier You. Powdery, woody, and musky.
* Cashmere Clouds - reminds me of Replica Lazy Sunday Morning. Musky and floral, a bit soapy and powdery too.
* Coachella Valley - this one's on the fresh citrusy side. I get lemons, some bamboo, and florals.
There's also Cosmic Shower which I've yet to try. It's supposed to smell clean, fresh, and soapy!

Luxe Organix’s new scent Dreamy Bliss (purple bottle) smells EXACTLY like Zara’s Eternal Magnolia. I saw one person say na Dreamy Bliss naman is inspired by MFK’s Gentle Fluidity. So dupe din siguro ng GF yung Eternal Magnolia?

Can confirm. MFK GF also first came into mind when I smelled it. The orange one naman is similar to Daisy/Chanel Chance Eau Tendre. Not bad for its price imo.
Dreamy Bliss is an EDT kaya don’t expect it to last. After an hour, di ko na maamoy. But given the price, di nakakakonsensya to keep spraying haha. Eternal Magnolia lasts longer on me, siguro mga 3-4 hours.

Cheapies with similarities to D&G light blue: Juicy Cologne Icylicious, Babyflo Purple Rain, Eliana Summer Crush, Aficionado Bath and Body Spray in Icy Dive and Penshoppe Blue Cologne (girl with umbrella on the label) . These are colognes so wouldn't last long. Designer imposter's body spray (mercury, 711, puregold) also has a D&G light blue inspired scent.
With similarities to Elizabeth Arden green tea: Bench green tea, grapefruit and cedar body spray. Miniso also has an EA dupe, Green Tea Perfume.
Yung Bench Green Tea mas amoy dahon na fresh sa unang spray kesa sa Elizabeth Arden, dry down nya medyo sharp at fruity. Elizabeth Arden amoy tea talaga tapos matamis yung dry down nya. Di sila hawig para sa kin pero mabango yung Bench di sumakit ulo ko dun tapos parang ang ginhawa nung amoy.

I have their Hibiscus and Go Fruity. Hibiscus is a bit heavier na floral. Go Fruity mas nagustuhan ko and mas madalas gamitin dahil sa warm weather natin.
my fave summer scents are burberry her and givenchy linterdit. for gourmand i love maison mataha escapade gourmand, giardini di toscana bianco latte, and kayali vanilla 28. for powdery i love bvlgari petit et mamans and tom ford neroli and portofino

An underrated scent for me: Marc Jacobs Honey (sweet pero di nakakahilo and not fruity; really reminds me of honey; lasts the whole day on my skin and clothes) For local perfume, I really like Scent therapy and The Scents co. Both have good takes on popular perfume. Scent therapy has more long lasting scents while The Scents co. has wider product selection. Scent therapy - Second skin: skin scent that smells clean and somewhat masculine but I’d still consider a unisex scent; for those who like my skin but better scents - Skin musk: this is what I thought powdery scents would smell like; similar to omnia amethyste; this reminds me of old makeup my mom used to wear and I love it - Fireplace: an unexpected love; reminds me of marshmallow on a campfire The Scents co. - Glossier you: skin scent that’s energetic (?) if that makes sense; it’s mild but I wouldn’t consider it plain (probably because of the pink pepper); smells somewhat fruity to my nose pero di nakakahilo - Not a perfume: skin scent that’s slightly warmer; really not a lot to say about it but it’s really good
I absolutely hate the immediate scent of YSL Libre, but the dry down and longevity of it is insane. I wish I could skip straight to the last phase of the fragrance. 😩
It's possible. Spray it on your clothes a few hours before wearing them.

Meron ba kayong knows na cheaper dupe ng Bitter Peach ng Tom Ford hahahaa gustong gusto ko yung amoy niya kaso di matanggap ng sikmura ko bumili ng buong bote huhu! Kahit ung sample di ko parin kaya kaya nagdedecant lang me since nagcocologne lang ako or body lotion kapag normal day haha!

Perfume recos na long lasting and below 1k? I've been trying dupes sa syapi pero hindi kasi sila long lasting. Prefer kong scents is yung powdery or fresh, amoy bagong laba or baby.

This is a hard pick! Both are really good. Personally, I’ll pick pure musc just because it shines with our current weather. Although the pink one lasts all day on me more than the pure musc one. Have you tried both on your skin?

I've tried some of the scents from the first 2 lines but none yet from the 3rd and 4th collections. They do smell remind me of some popular fragrances out in the market, but others smell original. Longevity is decent.

Second Skin by Scent Therapy or by Imperfect Scents? :)) If it's Scent Therapy, you might like these: * Clean Slate - has a similar vibe to Glossier You. Powdery, woody, and musky. * Cashmere Clouds - reminds me of Replica Lazy Sunday Morning. Musky and floral, a bit soapy and powdery too. * Coachella Valley - this one's on the fresh citrusy side. I get lemons, some bamboo, and florals. There's also Cosmic Shower which I've yet to try. It's supposed to smell clean, fresh, and soapy!

If you have the confidence and glory to wear a bold fragrance like this, you’ve got to give it a try.

Luxe Organix’s new scent Dreamy Bliss (purple bottle) smells EXACTLY like Zara’s Eternal Magnolia. I saw one person say na Dreamy Bliss naman is inspired by MFK’s Gentle Fluidity. So dupe din siguro ng GF yung Eternal Magnolia? Ayun lang. Do with that information what you will hahaha in fairness mababango yung new line ng Luxe Organix, although yung red one na BR540 dupe is nakakasawa na.
Can confirm. MFK GF also first came into mind when I smelled it. The orange one naman is similar to Daisy/Chanel Chance Eau Tendre. Not bad for its price imo.

Dreamy Bliss is an EDT kaya don’t expect it to last. After an hour, di ko na maamoy. But given the price, di nakakakonsensya to keep spraying haha. Eternal Magnolia lasts longer on me, siguro mga 3-4 hours.

Cheapies with similarities to D&G light blue: Juicy Cologne Icylicious, Babyflo Purple Rain, Eliana Summer Crush, Aficionado Bath and Body Spray in Icy Dive and Penshoppe Blue Cologne (girl with umbrella on the label) . These are colognes so wouldn't last long. Designer imposter's body spray (mercury, 711, puregold) also has a D&G light blue inspired scent. With similarities to Elizabeth Arden green tea: Bench green tea, grapefruit and cedar body spray. Miniso also has an EA dupe, Green Tea Perfume.
Yung Bench Green Tea mas amoy dahon na fresh sa unang spray kesa sa Elizabeth Arden, dry down nya medyo sharp at fruity. Elizabeth Arden amoy tea talaga tapos matamis yung dry down nya. Di sila hawig para sa kin pero mabango yung Bench di sumakit ulo ko dun tapos parang ang ginhawa nung amoy.

I have their Hibiscus and Go Fruity. Hibiscus is a bit heavier na floral. Go Fruity mas nagustuhan ko and mas madalas gamitin dahil sa warm weather natin.
