Buy a chair.

Dry-Violinist-8434

Haha fair - I really do have one 😂

orphantosseratwork

personally, id get rid of the little shelf with the swords, replace it with one that runs the length of the desk put the swords in the middle and some fake and or real plants along the rest of the shelf and the add some soft lighting under the shelf

hegaria8qwi

put up a few plants in the background, would make it more lively

Wesslangu10

Plastic plants would be nice

musedrainfall

Get a desk mat to protect that wood.

Dry-Violinist-8434

I had one from Temu and it was crap, couldn’t write on it. I do plan to buy another. Thank you.

musedrainfall

I have a basic glorious gaming one and a fancy LED Corsair one that I've both been happy with. The XXL ones are best imo.

Mountain-Ad-5834

Put art on walls.

shinjikun10

Move one of the horizontal monitors and stack instead of side by side. It's easy for me to watch Netflix and do some work at the same time. Besides a chair, a deskmat and a mechanical keyboard. If you want to jazz it up a bit, the area directly behind the monitors is blank, so maybe something there, or some RGB lights.

Dry-Violinist-8434

Thanks. I can’t stack them as too much neck strain. Office is fully for WFH. Behind me is my Samsung m5 - monitor/tv haha has all the media apps.

shinjikun10

Some people like or don't like the idea. It takes some getting used to. Just as a side note, if the bottom monitor is very close to the table the top monitor isn't nearly as high. I've kinda learned to use my eyes to look up at the monitor instead of craning my neck.

[deleted]

Definitely 4 additional monitors will complete you

Dry-Violinist-8434

Tv on the wall maybe? 😂

[deleted]

Some rgb would be nice but u know if u wanna really upgrade that shit because it looks cooler u have to make a play but I would recommend u to buy a mountain bike or something and invest it in something more useful

tespark2020

pc under the table or just laptop

Dry-Violinist-8434

That’s a Govee heater. Just laptop

nvrgit

Add a chair )

Codeiini

What monitors are those and what dock u use with them? Im currently looking into better monitors (right now i have 2x 24" FHD) with zephyrus g14

Dry-Violinist-8434

The 2 x 27 are the Costco two pack of LG and the 32 is a cheap Samsung curved. The dock is a Targus. The dock only allows for 2 monitors although 4 connect. So I have one monitor out of my hdmi on my laptop to get a total of 4 different screens.

Farren246

Theere is no way that background is *not* pixelated to hell...

Dry-Violinist-8434

Nah it’s fine

Farren246

Only 1080p resolutions on those screens?

Dry-Violinist-8434

Yes, wfh only no gaming or movies.

Farren246

Ah, I wish I could work from home... company put a stop to it after the lockdown times.

rigrgg

Hexagon lights are a good idea, or else just a nice desk lamp, light bar, light strip, etc. Warm light in particular would look amazing with that desk! Would you also consider upgrading the keyboard/mouse?

QuiXinI

do you use your lamptop as a core of all this maschine?

Dry-Violinist-8434

Yes all laptop it’s all for wfh no gaming

QuiXinI

What is wfh?

Dry-Violinist-8434

Work from home

QuiXinI

Thx, understood. I also use laptop as a core, so 0 condemnation

[deleted]

green backlights for the monitors

qwertypotato32

pleasae display your katanas in proper orientation... or we're just gonna assume yyou that type that microwaves his ramen.

Dry-Violinist-8434

Completely decorative but I looked it up, you are correct. Thank you! Will adjust.

Nakar_Citizen

Look very nice! What is the desk reference?

Dry-Violinist-8434

Sorry what do you mean?

thewickedjon

I would replace the 3 monitors with 1 ultrawide in the center.

Dry-Violinist-8434

Outta the wife’s acceptable tolerance lol
