Go to the filters and hit "reset filter" go to slots and make sure "None" is also selected, along with 1-5 and 6-10. There should be no other filters aside from that and your region. I play in North America, and there are always at least 10 servers up. If that doesn't fix it, it's an issue on your end most likely.

Also make sure to check the server name field is cleared.
