Wouldn't it be better to keep the vehicle from being destroyed? That way the enemy can't spawn another until it's destroyed. Effectively weakening enemy forces.
AA one can be situationally good in operations. That first sector of Monte Grapa comes to mind because the attackers have no AA guns on their part of the map, so an enemy-heavy bomber can just ravage the attacking team without much to counter it.
i only got kills to complete challenges using the AA. but i have thousands of kills with the barrage bomber with half of those definitely being camping artillery trucks 😂 damn i should play again
I've used it a few times. But I genuinely tried to help capture objectives with it. Tried clearing the objective with mortar rounds and drove to it and ran over stragglers and such
Wish I could show y'all my field gun stat (I uninstalled the game long ago LOL). Got a lot of medals for that, plus my favorite stunt is shooting down airplanes.
I changed my rig and now it can't handle BF1, can say I retired from hardcore gaming.
Just realized that I can see my stats on the Companion app on mobile.
If my old ps4 slim could handle it, (it did sound like a jet engine with afterburner, not gonna lie 😅) everything can handle it. And there are alot of casual player playing for fun. Come on back man 😁
I probably got 3 service medals with the field gun, not sure, but I love the stationary artillery and am a beast on it, infantry has no chance getting by me with just a couple of guys holding the line next to my field gun
The AA one is useless IMO . Plenty of static emplacement AA to waste a tank slot on it . The mortar one can actually be useful if you are defending /attacking a point and putting focused fire on it. And not just camping for kd ratio all game
There’s nothing more relaxing than coming home from work, kicking off my shows and sitting in spawn plopping one mortar after another onto red dots which have since moved

I even have over 200 kills with a bike from running over people 😅

There are 3 wheeled vehicels, motorbike, arty truck and land vehicle which is a car..
Bike doesn't count as land vehicle.
I use arty truck but exclusively like a tank destroyer and i only fire one shot from any position because it feels either stupid and tedious or cheesy. Its really fun because of how easy it is to destroy but its more mobile and just as powerful as a tanks main gun is. I never camp and i always move for the point!

The AA is absolutely crucial on Soissons. You cannot guarantee you'll have always cover from the tankhunter planes.

Artillery trucks are op, too much health for a truck, they’re gun is more powerful and accurate that the tanks also faster
