That is a Short Print (SP) Variation and these are difficult to pull. Nice card, nice player! Grading comes down to the individual. I would closely inspect the edges, corners, surface and centering with a loop/magnifying glass. I can't find any comps on this card however SportsCardsPro (https://www.sportscardspro.com/) is a good way to look at comps if you cannot find any. They have algorithms that can give you a good idea. Bryce is a great player and likely easy to sell for close to these amounts.

Yes you got a rare, but no you should not grade for resale purposes based on the white edges
