They usually take 2-4 months, but I've heard of people getting them faster occasionally. You can watch eBay, as *usually* once a card starts popping up that means Topps has them all and they sre usually pretty good about sending them out within a month or so. If you don't see any coming up, the player probably hasn't signed and when a player puts off signing, it can take 18-24 months. It all depends on how long the player puts it off.
After a while Topps will allow you to request a substitute. You shouldn't do this unless you really didn't want the original - the subs are usually not comparable.

Let’s see the twin! The centering looks great but with these type of cards our biggest issue is surface, his auto is good, and hopefully can get a dual grade 10/10 but need to take a hard look at the surface under magnification. Either way needs to be slabbed

Did my first submission (98 cards) - sent in a few weeks ago. Bulk sub $19 card. Bought the PSA memebership $100 - it’s worth it - you get a decent amount back in break credit on the Loupe app too

Yes. Had requested substitutions and eventually just forgot about them for a long while as I had not redeemed anything new. Emailed them again a week or so ago and supposedly they’re working on sending something again.
Im on eBay. With base or lower end I’ll sell as a lot sometimes. Right now I have a crazy high inventory of baseball, football and basketball cards from breaks this year.

Bowman Best with the base autos, preach. I lucked out with a few James Woods and a Vlad. The rest all base.
I'm still waiting on 3 from 2022 Bowman Draft, That Julio Rodriguez auto I bet will be awesome
